We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.

Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.
In case that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. The company has the right to cancel your order, notify you and refund you accordingly.

You can pay for your purchases using any of the following methods:

Credit/Debit Card.
Cash on delivery using Courier POS (Customer Must inform us before the delivery)
Cash on delivery.
The Credit/Debit card details provided by you shall be truthful, valid, and accurate, and lawfully owned by you.
Invoice will be sent by email registered on his/her account.
After the shopper has made the order, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. The customer must ensure that the order confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately in case of any errors.

The shopper has the right to replace or return the product within 14 days without giving any reasons.
The shopper has the right to replace or return if they receive a defective Product or not conforming to the specifications within 30 days from the day you receive the product.
Please ensure that the returned product in its original packaging is submitted with the purchase invoice, all seals, tags, and accessories.
In case there are free or reduced value items, then you must return them with the main product, or you must pay their full value.
We issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment.
If the shopper paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the original credit card account.
If the shopper paid in cash, the refund will be done through bank transfer.
Chopwellegypt.com has the right to reject a product returned by the shopper if the product returned does not meet any of its conditions.
The shopper shall not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return.

The online shopper has the right to cancel his order at any stage of preparation as following:

If the order has not been processed/ confirmed from our side, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to your credit/debit card.
If the order has been shipped, the customer will be subjected to pay the shipping fees.
